Requesting Account and Data Deletion
NexoMAB respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
To request deletion of your account and information stored by NexoMAB, please contact us using the information below.
How to Submit a Deletion Request
Send an email to:
support@nexomab.com
Include the following information:
- Your account email address
- Your full name (if applicable)
- The subject line "Data Deletion Request"
We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon verification and approval of your request, NexoMAB will permanently delete or anonymize, where reasonably possible:
- User profile information
- Workspace information
- Campaign data
- Generated content
- Scheduling data
- Connected platform information
- Stored access tokens
- Analytics records associated with your account
- Support records when legally permissible
Information That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained when required by law, regulation, security obligations, fraud prevention requirements, accounting obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate business interests.
Examples may include:
- Billing and payment records
- Tax and accounting records
- Security logs
- Legal compliance records
- Fraud prevention records
Third-Party Services
If you connected third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Stripe, OpenAI, or other services, you may also need to remove permissions directly from those providers.
NexoMAB cannot delete information retained independently by third-party providers.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within thirty (30) days, although processing times may vary depending on legal, technical, or operational requirements.
